Bi-monthly news
Some big news came up in the last two weeks...

British Airways:

As of today flights to NY are going to see new menus, new crockery, elegant glassware, new trays, & a beautiful new trolley. For pics I suggest you to check andfollow Maria (BA cabin crew) pics are taken by her. to check the pics click here

I'm delighted by the change. The catering is now provided by one of the best company known as DC&CO (if you are a TK, OS flyer, you know how good they are).

BA is currently selling their First Class to US/Canada as low as $2200 from LHR.

Singapore Airlines:

November 2nd will set a landmark for First Class cabin. SQ is poised to release the new Suite cabin with a 1-1 layout like Etihad. We can assume the new product will be groundbreaking. According to OMAAT Sydney should be the first destination. You can expect a better cabin in Business and in Y.

Qantas:

Few years ago EK signed a JV with EK. As a result flights were transiting via Dubai. The value was not the best for both carrrers. From a passenger standpoint is does not matter a lot. The only thing that will be missed is the chance to visit Emirates First Class lounge in DXB. Changes will start as of march 25th. It's a wise move. No wonder why SQ wants to put the new Suite to Sydney first.

Cathay Pacific:

3 new destinations in Europe will be added to CX's network:

  • BRU from march 25th
  • Dublin from june 2nd
  • CPH from may 2nd to oct 12th

The 3 destinations will be served by an A350-900. CX after the 3 destinations will serve 16 cities in Europe.

Have a great september !
