Prologue:
Between my 2 flights, i had 6h of transit, I decided to have a quick look into the terminal and used the free visa (15 days in Vietnam) to re-discover the airport.Finally, it was a waste of time as there was nothing to do!
Let's go back airside and relax into the lounge!
The control and border were pretty fast. There was also a fast track for F and J passengers
Welcome to the lounge!
They have rearranged the room now the massage seats are outside and not in the private room anymore. Instead they created a private meeting room there.
You can leave your luggage there and enjoy a complementary computer behind.
The lounge is not well located to do some spotting. Indeed you're upstairs and the terminal separates you from the windows
Time to have a shower before the flight. Bathroom is cleaned and a oack is ready for you when you arrive. You have 2 towels shampoo conditioner and shower gel. Outside there is a sink with comb tooth brushes...
Time to discover the buffet!
I dunno why the pictures have moved there >___< but it confirms what I said previously in the bathroom!

Finally it's time to board. I discover my A350-900. It starts to be outdated but it's still confortable
The flight from Hanoi to Paris will be fulled in J. That changed from Shanghai to Hanoi when we were only 4 pax!

A classical amenities set (not available from China to Vietnam) it contains the same as usual: comb cream ...
And also some stickers to express your mind! the wake me up for the meal is useful!!!
Unfortunately it's not noise canceling...

And the cup of champagne arrived right after!

Time to push back
The meal is served. It was quite good. Too much mayonnaise fo rme
Time to visit the sanitary. A fresh flower stands there.
After a couple of hours of sleep i wake up to enjoy the breakfast. Cold one as I requested. I was fully satisfied about it. Pastry cereals yogurt juice.
During the landing phase I tried to capture some moments. Hope you'll enjoy it
Welcome to Paris! Messy and the N1 track didn't bring us to the Parafe no reasons why. Some passengers didn't respect the lanes so it was quite confusing!

Summary:
The flight was pretty good and service onboard is ok for the price.It could be improved by some noise canceling headset and refreshing the cabin.
Crew is as always very kind and professional.
I forgot to mention that the IFE provides many languages including French.
However, no WiFi onboard at that time. I read recently it will be implemented in the coming years.

Le salon semble pas mal avec une offre qui me plaît bien.
A bord, le catering aussi semble vraiment pas mal.

The lounge seems to be wide and nicely furnished
The shower is ok
The food is varied even if it is not particularly appetizing
On board the seat is comfortable
The food looks good
All in all a very good flight especially with a very decent fare

J’ai failli le rater celui-là... franchement le salon est pas mal et l’offre assez complète.
À bord une cabine maintenant bien connue et une prestation culinaire qui fait bien envie!

Lounge seems spacious and comfortable but food does not look too compelling.
A very nice seat aboard despite the food not being more appealing in its presentation.
Great landing pics. It's always exciting to arrive in CDG.
