Prologue:

I had the last week of March off and originally was planning to go to Quebec City and fly on AC's new 787 via YYZ. Then I found a great SFO-LHR fare for USD 450 (EUR 400.87) on AC/LH and grabbed it without hesitation. As a bonus I was going to return on LH's A380 via MUC which would be a repeat from my trip back on December 2018.

Summary:

I enjoyed flying on AC's 787 and the service from the crew was professional and friendly. I appreciate their efforts to find me some souvenirs. Please not that if you are seating in rows 44 or above you might not have overhead bin space due to design of the aircraft or the bins being used for equipment storage.

The ride was smooth and entertainment system had a good variety of movies.

Catering was satisfying and meal portions were standard. The pre-arrival snack consisting of a sandwich and bag of Biscoff cookies was OK for a flight of this length.
