Prologue:
After my excellent flight from Paris, I was keen to see how UL looks like on a regional flight and discover a new lounge.

Staff Service: 8/10
Entertainment: 2/10
Business Center: 5/10
Food: 6/10
Lounge Design: 5/10
Spa and Bathroom: 5/10
Wifi: 4/10
Summary:
Once again, Sri Lankan Airlines crew can make you feel great. The mail sent is the evidence that I got a stellar service.I was skeptical about the breakfast since I never tried. I'm now 100% sold.
The lounge should be improved in many ways:
- Bathroom
- Buffet while being huge, the quality according to my taste is so-so.
- Design
- Please provide a much faster wifi.
