Prologue:

After a splendid weekend in Lisbon it was time to continue to Toulouse with Vendredi13. We took the metro from Saldanha station which was right in front of our hotel to the airport.

The IB ticket counter opens 2 hrs before the flight departs so we had a wait a little bit once we got to the airport.

The ANA lounge is operated by Lisbon airport and pretty much is used by J pax in J that are not flying on *A carriers and that use T1.

Inside it was very crowded. Later I took a look at the TAP lounge next door and it was the same.

Gate area was small and crowded. There was a general holding area in the main terminal and we had to look at the screens in order to find out which gate IB was using.

The purser at the door saw my phone and said no pictures. Also he enforced mask compliance for everybody boarding.

Summary:

Apart from the rather aggressive attitude of the purser the other 2 crew members were friendly and smiling. There were lots of pax who were not wearing masks and some members of a sports team were a bit defiant towards the purser.

For such a short 1 hr. flight the tapas plate was fine and I wouldn't expect anything more.
