Prologue:

We continue with my connection to HK after an overnight rest near HND airport.

I stayed at MyStays which proved to be a convenient and affordable location. The following morning I woke up early and stayed at the JL Sakura lounge for some time.

The airport was busy already and one of the agents directed me to self-check in.

However there was an error. It seems that they needed to verify my onward or return travel from Hong Kong and 2 agents took care of that quickly.

I made my way to the lounge.

    Hi Thomas,

I have visited the CX lounge @ HND in the past. On this flight I was only able to access the JL Sakura lounge because I was flying Premium Econ. I'm not Sapphire with Oneworld anymore.

    Salut Paul,

Only a few airlines provide access to lounges when flying Y+. As far as I know these are JAL, ANA and SAS (for intra-Europe flights at SK hubs. I don't know if u have access on partner lounges when flying from abroad.)

HK is mesmerizing if you view it from the right location. ;)

    Woof ! JetSet' !

They should have directed you directly to the counter instead of heading you to the self check-in^^
Sunny airport and beautiful view from the lounge. On board, enough space to feel comfortable.
The night view from your bedroom is gorgeous. You make me dream with this report, Adan.

Thanks, JetsetPanda for sharing this wonderfull report.
